E&E Nameplates, Inc. produces nameplates through industrial screenprinting and Metalphoto. All nameplates are custom made according to our customer specifications.
Screenprinting: Using a 2 part epoxy ink we custom screenprint your nameplates in the sizes and colors you specify. We print on very high quality 5005 alloy H34 temper mill finish clear anodized aluminum in multiple thicknesses. Color possibilities are endless. If you have specific color needs, we use the Pantone Matching System, (PMS) to match your colors.
Metalphoto: Metalphoto® is photosensitive anodized aluminum. Also referred to as photo anodized aluminum, Metalphoto has been the "go-to" option for durable labels, nameplates, equipments panels and more for more than fifty years. The Metalphoto silver halide image is permanently sealed within the anodic layer, making it virtually impervious to chemicals, heat, abrasion, salt spray and UV. Metalphoto meets an array of commercial, government and military specifications including Underwriters Laboratories / File # MH17767; Canadian Standards Association / File # 11133-1, Class # 7921; Federal Specification GGP-455b, Type I & II, Grade A or B; Mil-P-15024F; Mil-P-19834B; Mil-P-514D & Mil -A-8625E.
Machining: We have the capabilities to machine your nameplates to your desired size with various size mounting or switch holes and radius corners.
Serial Numbers: Consecutive serial numbers or product information can be stamped into your aluminum nameplates.
Adhesive: We stock a wide variety of 3M adhesives that can be applied to the back of your nameplates. Our experts can help you determine which adhesive would be the most suitable for your application.
Premask: Clear or white removable premask is available to protect your nameplates during application.
